Customer Complaint

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, should you have reason for complaint regarding your Enders product you can fill in the service form directly on your computer and send it to us by e-mail. Of course you can also print out the document, fill it in by hand and send it to our service department by post or by fax. Please include proof of purchase and ideally pictures depicting the problem.
